After the successful G230 and G260 came the new generation of Zenoah engines. In terms of construction largely the same with as big change the assembly of the cylinder with 4 bolts instead of 2. This G240 has a capacity of 23 cc and 28 mm stroke.

This Zenoah can easily be converted to a 23, 26 or 29 cc versions by conversion sets.

Engine is delivered complete but without clutch, engine flange and exhaust. For optimal use, we recommend the PSR-2 Race olie, and TPS™ Air filter system. All parts and tuning parts are available from stock!
Engine running in:
- 1) Use 1:25 fuel mixture, 40 cc good quality 2-stroke oil on one litre 98 Octane fuel
- 2) Carb needles both 1 1/4 turn open
- 3) Start first time let it run at idle for 2 minutes until is had normal temperature
- 4) Run first tank of fuel normal but without reaching high speed, this will take approx 45 minutes
- 5) Let it completely cool down
- 6) Run second tank of fuel, now start reaching high speed shortly, this will take approx 40 minutes
- 7) Let it completely cool down
- 8) Visual check in exhaust port, check for leakage
- 9) Third tank drive it like you normal would do, but still reaching high speed shortly, but building, this will take approx 35 minutes
