Shipping & Delivery

At TPS Racing, we not only want to ship your order quickly and carefully, but also provide you with clear information in advance about shipping costs, delivery options, VAT, possible import charges and Track & Trace. This way, you know exactly what to expect.

Shipping Costs – Netherlands, Germany & Belgium

• Orders from €150: free shipping to the Netherlands, Germany & Belgium, up to a maximum weight of 31 kg.
• Netherlands – orders below €150: €6.60 shipping costs, up to a maximum weight of 31 kg.
• Belgium – orders below €150: €8.70 shipping costs, up to a maximum weight of 31 kg.
• Other countries: shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on factors including the weight, destination and order value.

Your order will automatically be shipped using the shipping method most suitable for your order and destination.

Shipping Services & Track & Trace

• Our shipments are handled by various shipping services. Once your order has been successfully placed, paid for and shipped, we will keep you informed of its status via the email address you provided.
• Parcel shipments include a Track & Trace code, allowing you to easily follow the progress of your order.
• You can also view the progress and status of your order in your personal TPS Racing account.

Parcel Insurance

We believe it is important that valuable orders are shipped carefully and as safely as possible. The following insurance conditions apply to parcel shipments:

• Within the Netherlands: shipments from €150 are insured for their value.
• Outside the Netherlands, within the EU: parcels are insured up to a maximum of €500.
• Outside the EU: parcels are insured up to a maximum of €1,000.

VAT on Orders Within the EU

• For orders shipped within the European Union, the Dutch 21% VAT rate is replaced by the VAT rate applicable in the country of destination.
• The correct VAT rate is automatically applied to the final calculation of your order and clearly displayed during checkout.
• As a result, the final amount may differ slightly from the Dutch retail price when a different VAT rate applies in the destination country.

VAT on Orders Outside the EU

• For orders shipped to a country outside the European Union, Dutch 21% VAT is not charged.
• When you are logged in and your delivery address outside the EU is registered in your account, prices in our webshop are automatically displayed excluding 21% Dutch VAT.
• Please note that the destination country may charge import duties, local taxes, VAT and/or other customs charges when the shipment is imported. These charges vary by country.
• If these charges are not collected in advance by TPS Racing, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Import Charges – United States

• For shipments to the United States, the applicable U.S. import charges are calculated in advance.
• TPS Racing pays these import charges via PostNL as part of the customs declaration. The applicable import charges are therefore already charged when you place your order.
• These charges are calculated automatically and displayed during checkout. This helps to prevent unexpected import duty charges upon delivery as much as possible.

International Delivery Times

• Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination country.
• As a general guideline, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 2 to 10 working days.
• The actual delivery time depends on several factors, including:
• the destination country;
• the selected carrier;
• local delivery services;
• weekends and public holidays;
• possible customs clearance for shipments outside the EU.

Customs inspections may extend the delivery time of international shipments.

Delivery in the Netherlands

The following delivery times are generally available in the Netherlands:

• Monday to Saturday: between 08:00 and 21:30.

The actual delivery time depends on the carrier's schedule and workload.

Delivery Days in Belgium

Deliveries in Belgium generally take place:

• Tuesday to Saturday: between 08:00 and 22:00.

The actual delivery time may also depend on the carrier and local circumstances.

Collecting Your Order

• Would you prefer to collect your order yourself? Of course, that is also possible.
• Simply place and pay for your order online and then collect it from our warehouse in Westervoort, the Netherlands.
• Please make an appointment with us in advance before collecting your order, so we can make sure your order is ready for you.
