Central Hydraulic Brake for FG Modellsport models
Many customers agree, this is the best central brake for years! The original central rear brake of FG 2WD and 4WD Off-Road models have a high wear and does not do the job, even when converted to a tuning brake. That's why we have develop a good, wear-resistant, powerfull brake.
This braking system is made up of several parts. The newly developed gear plate is already equipped with TPS ULF® bearings. The bearings in which the clutch bell rotates are further apart to avoid any stress on the them. The gear plate is fitted with a special attachment that is in the shape of the bottom of the brake caliper, and is therefore always straight and can moveed. The large steel brake disc is guided by a hardened steel carrier on the lay shaft. The main brake cylinder is mounted directly on the chassis.
To cut the brake line to prevent leaks, we recommend the special brake lining cutter TPS9449
This system fits all FG 2WD and 4WD models, from the first Marder to the current WB535 models, except Leopard 2 & 4 Competition and Formula 1. For optimal operation you need a servo with at least 20 kg of torque!
ATTENTION! Does not fit in cobination with a 2 gearbox!
