Zenoah G320RC 32 cc motor

Not a re-worked 23, 26 or 29 engine, but largely newly designed 32 cc engine for today's heavy car models. The heart of the engine is a newly developed crank shaft that is supported by larger bearings. The big-end bearing has been increased from 10 to 12 mm, the piston pin bearing has been renewed and enlarged from 8 to 9 mm, the crank shaft bearings have been increased from 28 to 32 mm! The new cylinder with a 38 mm bore has open deck flush ports, the piston is supported by a virtually closed cylinder, where only the flush ports are.

All this ensures a better "Flow" in the engine, so considerably more power. There are two removable flush ports on both sides of the cylinder, which makes modifying  somewhat easier. You have the choice, without carburettor or carburettor of your choice.

The best thing is that the dimensions of the entire engine are the same as the Zenoah G230, G240, G260, G270 and G290. This engine can be built without modifications on brands such as TLR LOSI, HPI, Rovan and similar, but NOT suitable for FG cars. But for that you still need a matching motor flange.  Engine comes without clutch, motor flange and exhaust.

Mounting in a BWS-LOSI model:

When fitting in a BWS or LOSI model, make sure that the fan cover is replaced by TPS7004 so that the chassis holes match. However, there is also a way to use the standard Zenoah fan cover. The adjustment is done by turning the engine mounting plates underneath the chassis. The change only applies to plates of the fan cover.
