At TPS Racing, we are constantly looking for the latest and best RC products. In addition to thousands of items available directly from our own warehouse, new RC cars, motorcycles, parts, tuning products and accessories are regularly introduced.

With popular new releases, the first delivery may be limited and can sometimes sell out quickly. That is why selected new products can be reserved in advance with a Pre-Order at TPS Racing.

This increases your chances of receiving your product from the first available delivery!

What Does PRE-ORDER Mean?

This means that the item is not yet physically in stock at TPS Racing, but that we are expecting a delivery from our supplier.

By placing a Pre-Order, you reserve the product before it arrives at our warehouse. This can be a major advantage, especially with popular new releases and products where the first delivery is available only in limited quantities.

Why Place a Pre-Order?

With a Pre-Order, you can reserve your product early. Based on the reservations we receive, we can order the required quantities from our suppliers in good time and, where possible, reserve additional stock.

In this way, we try to prevent you from having to wait again after the official product launch because the first delivery has already sold out.

When Will My Pre-Order Be Delivered?

Unfortunately, with new products it is not always possible to guarantee an exact delivery date in advance. The expected delivery period depends on the manufacturer and our supplier.

Production, international transport or changes in planning may cause an expected release date to be brought forward or delayed. TPS Racing does not always have control over these circumstances.

As soon as your reserved product arrives at our warehouse, we will process your order as quickly as possible and prepare it for shipment.

Deposit or Full Payment?

At TPS Racing, depending on the option offered for the particular product, you can reserve a Pre-Order product with a deposit or full payment.

This allows you to choose the payment option offered for the relevant Pre-Order product.

Your reservation also helps us to plan the required quantities with our suppliers as accurately as possible in advance.

Want to Cancel Your Pre-Order?

We understand that your plans may change. If you wish to cancel a Pre-Order you have already placed, this is possible.

Please note that when cancelling a Pre-Order, 10% of the total purchase price of the relevant product will be charged. This condition is included in our General Terms and Conditions under Article 13.7.

Therefore, before placing your Pre-Order, please check carefully whether the product and the Pre-Order conditions meet your requirements.
