With every purchase from our webshop, you are entitled to the manufacturer's warranty. The duration of this warranty depends on the product. We are very accommodating and will work with you to find a suitable solution to the problem as quickly as possible.

TPS Racing guarantees that the products:

• Are usable, reliable and durable, as you may reasonably expect.
• Are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

When does the warranty not apply?

• When the warranty period specified by the manufacturer has expired.
• In the event of improper use of the product.
• When modifications have been made to the product.
• When the product has been intentionally damaged.
• In the event of damage caused by carelessness or improper use.

What is not covered by the warranty?

• Engines and tuning engines
• Cylinder kits and tuning cylinder kits
• Batteries
