LOSI PROMOTO Alu-drive inserts set MX038/SP-S

This set of inserts replaces worn bearing points in PROMOTO-MX transmissions with machined parts made of 7075ST alloy, offering improved wear resistance compared to standard plastic inserts. The parts serve as durable bearing surfaces where shafts and bearings are located within the transmission housing, maintaining alignment under load.

Installation:

Disassemble the transmission housing, remove the old inserts, and press the new 7075 alloy parts into place. It may be necessary to remove some excess material from the housing or gently press the parts to ensure a good fit; use appropriate tools and do not overtighten the housing bolts. The installed inserts ensure consistent shaft alignment and reduce backlash in the drive for repeatable shifting. These inserts are intended exclusively for PROMOTO-MX RC motorcycle MX and SM series.
