Differential seal ring LOSI-BWS

Normal O-rings wear hard and can not handle the pressure in the differential due to the heat, causing leakage.

These oil seals solve this problem, simple assembly.

Mounting Steps:

• Slide 3 spacers Ø15-Ø21-H0,20 mm over the differential shaft
• Lubricate the differential shaft with a little silicone oil
• Slide the seal over the differential axle, with the closed side towards the thick part
• Slide the differential shaft from the inside into the differential housing
• Put the differential housing stable in for example a vise
• Press or tap with policy the seal in the differential housing, (only 3 mm!)
• The oil seal must be flush with the inside of the differential housing
• Grease the differential shaft beforehand
• Now mount on as usual and solve any possible play with the attached spacers
