Built on the proven 6S BLX platform, the turnkey 1/7 FIRETEAM™ 4WD Speed Response model is the first ARRMA® model of its kind - with an extra-long wheelbase and wide track for dynamic handling . The ruggedness and prototypical military style reflecting the unstoppable ruggedness of the underlying chassis. It is also the first ARRMA® off-roader with a mechanical handbrake!
After the first look, it's clear to everyone: the FIRETEAM™ 4WD is second to none. Out of the box, the multi-panel body comes factory finished in a matte black or matte white camouflage color scheme of your choice. A full roll cage adds to the military look and durability. The detailed interior includes a four-member FIRETEAM™ crew. It's all supported by a special wheel and tire package with multi-terrain dBoots® FIRETEAM™ tires for high traction and even power delivery on rough off-road routes.
The factory-installed Spektrum™ 6S brushless drivetrain enables the FIRETEAM™ 4WD Speed Assault Vehicle to take massive leaps at speeds of 60+ mph over the most rugged terrain. The extra long wheelbase and wide track chassis, along with adjustable aluminum oil pressure shock absorbers, keep you in control. From the bumpers and floorboards to the rugged metal drivetrain, the signature rugged ARRMA® design lets you fearlessly overcome almost any obstacle that crosses the path of the FIRETEAM™ crew.
The FIRETEAM™ mechanical parking brake, operated via the thumb switch on channel 3 of the included Spektrum™ SLT3™ transmitter, adds a new dimension to the FIRETEAM driving experience. It is a novelty for an ARRMA® off-roader and allows the vehicle to initiate evasive maneuvers, drifts and U-turns.
