New improved version, suitable for the LOSI Desert Buggy XL

Dimensions:

• Length pin-pin: L142 mm
• Total length: L165 mm

Drive shaft pins removal and assembly:

Required tools:

• Sturdy bench screw
• Hammer
• Steel pin
• Good quality Hex pins (TPS0280)

Methode:

• Remove the Allen screws
• Open the vice until the pin just fits between the jaws
• Lay the shaft flat on the vice with the pin in the small opening
• Knock the entire pen out of the ashes with policy
• Take the new pin and lubricate it with TPS648/10 bushing-and-bearing
• Knock the new pin in the ball untill both end are equal long
• Re-tighten the Allen screws with the TPS271/10 screw lock
