- Now turn the spring cassette so that its notch is exposed, and put the cord in it (Photo 1)
- Now let the spring cassette turn back gradually until there is no more tension on the rope
- Now loosen the middle screw, and remove the carrier parts (Photo 2)
- Now only the spring cassette remains in the housing (Photo 3)
- Carefully remove the spring cassette so that the spring remains in the holder (Photo 4)

- Now spray the spring cassette and inside of the recoil starter housing with 3-IN-ONE® Lock Dry Lube
- Now put the spring cassette back, CAUTION that the hook of the spring falls into the cam of the recoil starter housing! (Photo 5)
- Now assemble cam parts in the order: 1) cam, 2) spring, 3) cam disc, 4) washer and 5) screw, use with the last Loctite 271
- ATTENTION that the ring with the square hole is in line with the cam of the pull starter housing!
- Now turn the spring cassette so that its notch is exposed, and put the cord in it (Photo 6)
