Zenoah G290 Falcon3™ Tuning Set ZN1003F3

This tuned Zenoah G290 cylinder set was created by years of experience in the engine tuning industry.

• Cylinder flush ports corner machined
• Cylinder compression ratio increased
• Exhaust port widened
• Exhaust port raised
• Exhaust port polished
• Piston flush port installed
• Piston made lighter
• Piston bottom made sharper​

The set comes with 0.5 mm cylinder base gasket, we advise to always check the play between the piston and top of the cylinder with a soft piece of solder. The space must NEVER be less than 0.5 mm! Fit all gaskets in combination with liquid rubber TPS0313/10.

We also recommend to use Lock-Tite TPS271 on all screws. For running-in and normal Race use we recommend the PSR2 racing oil. A package of 200 cc on 5 liters of super petrol gives the good mixing ratio of 1:25.
